DT9844(00)/DT9834(00) and an error occurs at myDevice.TachSubsystem(0).

We are trying to develop with DT9844 and DT9834 but the Analog device seems to not be recognized.
It shows up as DT9844(00)/DT9834(00) and an error occurs at myDevice.TachSubsystem(0).
Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

Hello @Jinny.

While the DT9857E Series has a tachometer subsystem, the DT9834 and DT9844 modules do not have a tachometer subsystem.
