Unable to open DASYLab after download

I have downloaded DASYLab to my computer.   Message states (when attempting to bring up DASYLab) that this version of DasyLab is only available to active maintenance customers or requires a paid update.  I already paid for a full version.  Please advise.

When did you purchase your DASYLab license?

Yes, I entered my serial number.  I purchased Jan 2023.  I installed to latest version of DASYLab... 2022.1
