Yet again Waveforms is download is broken (albeit eventually works)

On Edge I don't get the form at all (like, after 5 minutes of waiting).

On Chrome I get it after about 2 minutes of waiting while it spins its wheels.

After I fill in the form I have to wait another 2 minutes while it spins its wheels, and no download starts.

I clicked on the "click here (if download doesn't start)" and guess what? It opens a new tab and after another 2 minutes it finally downloads it.

I'm guessing you're accessing some no-longer-valid URL which eventually times out but this needs to be fixed. Based on it saying "waiting for www.google.com" at the bottom of Chrome it's probably a tracking cookie or something but I'm not a web dev.
