DT-OpenLayers .Net drivers

Under the MCC DT DAQ OpenLayers software directory there are

The QuickDAQ Setup installs Openlayers version 7.8.2
The DTOpenLayersOEM installs version 7.8.9

The DT Omni install link that comes with the DT9837B units also installs 7.8.9.  I have been told the current Openlayers is 7.8.10.  Where do I download that version?
