Had a DAQ board in a cart that was rolling over rough asphalt and resulted in channel 0 and 3 malfunctioning. I believe this was due to the shock damage from the asphalt and resulted in two of the channels not receiving the full analog voltage signal. I would like to get this sent in for repair and calibration. The S/N is 20715B2.
