How do I load NI Driver?

I am using the demo version of DasyLab.  I need to load the cDaq-9188 driver to use it with the program.  I have downloaded the .cfg file.

How do I load it?

Hello @Larry Duddy.

Create a task for your cDaq-9188 device in NI MAX, which will be used in DASYLab.  Prior to launching DASYLab, the NI-DAQmx driver needs to be installed via the DASYLab Configurator.

 

Once in DASYLab, expand the Modules branch in the leftmost window pane; Modules - Inputs/Outputs - NI - NI-DAQmx.  Drag-n-drop an Analog Input module on the worksheet.  Click on the Help button to access the DASYLab Help in order to prepare your NI device to be used in DASYLab; see below.

Thank you for the information.  When I run NI MAX, it doesn't see the 9188XT, so I can't go any further.  I'm trying to talk to NI support, but no luck yet.  

I think its a TCPIP address issue, but I can't resolve it.

Any other ideas?

Take a look in the cDaq-9188 user manual, pages 1-8 through 1-12, regarding NI MAX, but NI Support would be the best resource to help you with NI MAX.
