MCC DRV not in DASYLab

Quinton

Question

When attempting to use DASYLab in conjunction with an MCC DAQ USB-1808, I am attempting to set up an analog input but the driver does not exist for MCC DRV in order to do so. I have performed instacal in order to detect the DAQ card and I have enabled "measurement computing" in the configurator. I am not sure where to go from here--I expected to be able to see the MCC DRV after enabling the package in the configurator.

Which version of InstaCal do you have installed?

Which version and build of DASYLab 2016 do you have installed?

In Windows' Control Panel - Programs and Features, click on 'Turn Windows features on or off' and verify that '.NET Framework 3.5' is enabled.

Try disabling the Measurement Computing package from the Configurator and then exit the Configurator.  Afterwards, go back into the Configurator and re-enable the Measurement Computing package.  Close the Configurator and open DASYLab.  Do you see the MCC-DRV branch?

This was the solution after 2 hours being lost and without a clue why the MCC was not showing up. Thanks!
