USB-1602HS-2AO dead on arrival

I unpacked the USB-1602HS-2AO and plugged in the included power supply. The POWER light is very dull and blinking. It becomes bright sometimes when I move the power connector. See the attached pictures. The device is recognized by Windows but not by DAQami. Please issue RMA and send a replacement.

The USB-1602HS Series daq devices are not supported by DAQami.  Here is DAQami's supported hardware list:

To verify connectivity between the device and host system, install the MCC DAQ software (mccdaq.exe) and then launch the InstaCal software.
