DASYLab User Access

Hello,

I had a question about user access to DASYLab v13. Our network currently only allows a certain subset of users to open and access DASYLab. The previous owner and admin of the software has since left the company; how would we go about giving new users access to DASYLab?

Hello @jixu2471.

A DASYLab license key is needed for every Windows PC.  How many DASYLab licenses do you have?  How many PCs do you have running DASYLab?  If you only have one DASYLab license key and one Windows PC, but multiple user logins, then ask you IT administrator to create another Windows user login on that PC.
