IOTECH Parallel 488 Bus Converter Info Request

I am trying to research a vintage (1990s) piece of IOTECH equipment labeled Parallel 488 Bus Converter. I attempted to access the MCCDAQ FTP site but I receive no response from the server. Does anyone still have information on this device? Specifically I am looking for the DIP switch configuration options.
