What is tested during the calibration of DT9829-8's?

We are having an issue with a DT9829-8 while testing the RTD function it is locking up the software and making us unable to do anything with this unit.  We sent unit in for calibration and got a passed certificate back.  We are still having the same issue and have now locked up this unit on 3 different workstations. So do you Test the RTD function during calibration / what functions do you test and what ranges?

Which software are you using?

What are you using for a RTD?

Have you attempted to use the DT9829 Calibration utility found in the folder 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Data Translation\Calibration\DT9829 Calibration'? 

 

Please reply with screen captures and additional details regarding your hardware wiring, sensors, equipment configuration, and workstations.
