MCC134 Calibration Change

Trying to add a little offset to measured TC channel on the MCC134 hat.   In code I read the slope and offset values,  then write them both back with a little added offset.   If I again read the calibration values they appear to be the new values I have stored,  but the measured TC  values do not seem to reflect this change.    Any thoughts?

Sorry....false alarm.  I mis-read ( or maybe didn't read) the instructions in the mcc utility .... thought was adding an offset to a converted temperature, but its actually in ADC counts.   It works,  I was adding such a small offset that it didn't show up in the result.
