DT9836

Our DT9836 is run by Matlab 2017b with Data Acquisition Toolbox. The computer this was on has been replaced. Matlab is working but it is not finding the DT9836. If there is a driver, may I please have a link to download the correct one? Browsing the download page didn't really tell me what to download -- nothing explicitly says download me to run your DT9836. Thanks.

Which version of MATLAB are you using on the replacement system?

There is a known support issue with Data Translation hardware and MATLAB R2022a.  Please use a previous version of MATLAB until an update is released.
