What is the brand of the 100 MHz crystal oscillator of the Nexys A7 100t Board

Hi, 

I am new in the forum. Thanks for such an effective forum.

I would like to know the about  phase noise and jitter information of the on board crystall oscillator of the Nexys A7 100t board which is used to provide 100 MHz clock to MCMM . As far as I see, in the technical document, the specific name of the crystal oscillator ,the brand and details are not mentioned. The sentence I came across in the technical doument is as folllows:

The Nexys A7 board includes a single 100 MHz crystal oscillator connected to pin E3 (E3 is a MRCC input on bank 35).

This is a DSC1033CC1-100.0000T oscillator from Microchip; this is shown as IC9 on in the lower left corner on page 7 of the Nexys A7 schematic: https://digilent.com/reference/programmable-logic/nexys-a7/start#documentation.
