DASYLab 2022 Python 32bit vs 64bit

The Python version shipped with DASYLab 2022 (16) is 32bit.
Can I use the 64bit version of Python?

I ask because I am trying to use a Python package that I can apparently only use with the 64bit version of Python.

How would I go about updating the Python version from 32bit to 64bit? If it is compatible with DASYLab...

Hello @Douglas Mangels.

DASYLab 2022 (version 16.0) only supports Python v3.9.6 (32-bit). 

'C:\Program Files (x86)\DASYLab 2022\python'

There is no 64-bit Python support.

Can I possibly downgrade python to version 3.8? or is this also not supported?

DASYLab 2022 includes and uses Python v3.9.6 (32-bit) only. 

'C:\Program Files (x86)\DASYLab 2022\python'

A user cannot change the included Python version, because the Script Module (and the “surrounding” DASYLab) uses this specific version.
