Does the Genesys2 ZU5 board come with a license voucher for Xilinx's MIPI IP core?

I know the MIPI CSI-2 IP core is now free in the latest Vivado release, but I would like to use a project that was built in Vivado 2019 and that requires a license for the core.

I have contacted the Diligent Customer Service for the same issue and they told me that they no longer sell the voucher together with the board. 

In my case is for the Genesys ZU 5V

I can verify that Digilent does not offer any vouchers for the MIPI CSI-2 IP cores any more.
