I know this is really basic but I am having trouble configuring the settings on the tracer module for a KSA992 PNP transistor. I obviously need to learn more about the difference in how an NPN and PNP transistors work, but if someone could get me started with an example I would be really grateful. The examples provided in the Guide are for an NPN and I can't figure out how to set the software up for a PNP transistor. I need to match a group of KSA992 PNP transistors and cannot figure out how to set it up so I can calculate the Hfe. I have the datasheet on the KSA992 and know the gain range, but I am trying to match a pair. I have not been able to figure out which numbers to use to set up the curve tracer ranges. I am using a Digilent Analog Discovery 2 with the Digilent adapter.
