Genesys 2 Board PIC SD Programmer

I have a Genesys 2 board and I am trying to program the FPGA with the SD card but the PIC stopped working that controls the SD card programming. I have a pickit4 and pickit3 to reprogram it, but I don't have a hex file to program it with. Would you be willing to send me that file?

It's unlit throughout the booting process and when pressing the program button.
