Basys 3 Connectivity Issues

Hello, 

I have a general microusb cable I am trying to use to upload Vivado VHDL code to my Basys 3 board. My board currently is plugged in and JP2 is in USB setting JP1 is in JTAG setting. LD20 red power LED is on. When I open hardware manager and select Autoconnect I get local host but does not recognize my board. 

Any idea what my issues are?

I would recommend taking a look at this thread in case you haven't seen it:

In case you are using a Linux based OS, you can look for the USB device through "dmesg | grep usb" and "lsusb".

Please let me know if you are still unable to connect to the board.
