Purchase problem

Good morning

Digilent, I need support from you.

I have tried to purchase two items. After paying, it appeared a message something like this: "Something was wrong". So items are not beingĀ  shipped to my address. However, my credit card has been charged by the total price of the purchase

Digilent, please could you give me support?
