MagpieEmbedded
Hello, I saw a few weeks ago Digilent hosted an AMA on the Engineering subreddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/engineering/comments/ll7uke/we_are_digilent_an_engineering_company_focused_on/ I have a Youtube channel based around embedded electronics, and I was planning on making a video summarizing the interesting parts of this AMA. Would I be allowed to use the Digilent logo in such a video? If there is someone more appropriate I could ask, could you please point me in their direction? Happy to provide further information from my end. Thanks, Tim
JColvin
Hi @MagpieEmbedded, I'll ask about your query for using the Digilent logo (I can't imagine why you wouldn't be allowed to use it, though that's not my field of expertise). Thanks, JColvin
MagpieEmbedded
Thanks! To be honest, my channel is pretty small at the moment so it probably isn't a big deal, but Digilent seems like a very friendly company so I wanted to seek permission. Thanks again :)
JColvin
Hi @MagpieEmbedded, No worries, I'm glad to hear that we give off a friendly company vibe. :) I did confirm from our social media manager that you may use the Digilent logo in your video. We have official corporate logos (so you don't have to rely on a cropped screenshot from one of our websites) available for download here: https://store.digilentinc.com/identity/. Thanks, JColvin
