Eclypse Z7 board cannot connect to Vivado

Hi all,

I designed an breakout board with SYZYGY connector. After I added 3.3V and 5V external power supply on SYZYGY connector, and removed them, the Eclypse Z7 board cannot connect to Vivado normally now. Actually, when I connected the board to PC, there was no USB device detected. All the outputs of voltage regulator on Eclypse Z7 board are tested normal. Could you please give me some suggestions that which part on board might be affected?

Opal Kelly sells SYZYGY breakout boards.

Never do this. The whole point of SYZYGY is for the main board to supply the proper Vadj power supply voltage to a add-on pod making the standard somewhat 'plug and play'.
