JColvin
Hi @Soufyane, Yes, the Pmod Shield is physically and electrically compatible with both versions of the Cora Z7. Let me know if you have any questions about this. Thanks, JColvin
Soufyane
Thanks for your replay So, its just plug and play like pmods or needs others things to do before start playing with pmod shield. Thanks Soufyane
Soufyane
is there a video how to use pmod shield ??
JColvin
Hi @Soufyane, The Pmod shield is effectively "plug and play", even more so than Pmods themselves, because the shield passes the electrical signals straight through without any manipulation (aside from current limiting resistors on some of the I/O lines) so no specialized configuration for the Pmod Shield itself is required. The closest configuration would be ensuringthe FPGA/SoC design is using the correct I/O pins to go to the intended Pmod port to be used on the Pmod Shield, but that's true of using any general I/O pins. We do not have any videos dedicated to using the Pmod Shield, but I am happy to address any questions you have about it. Thanks, JColvin
