David B.
Hi everyone, I just bought an openlogger, and it works fine so far. However, I'm having troubles parsing a very large log file (4GB, max allowed by FAT32 filesystem). I tried using the dlog-utils software provided by Digilent, but it crashes a few seconds after being launched. I also tried with the dlog-utils-portable Python script mentioned in some topics. It seems to get stuck when opening the file. The memory usage of my computer goes up to 100% (8GB) in both cases. I'm not very good at coding, I tried looking in the sources of dlog-utils but got a bit lost in it ... Could you please help me to figure out a way of parsing such big files OR setting up the OpenLogger to create multiple smaller files instead of a big one ? Thanks, David
AndrewHolzer
Hi @David B., I ran the utils on a different computer and hit the same results you are. That's no good! I'll take a look at what's going on and see if I can do something to fix it. Regards, AndrewHolzer

David B.
Hi, I found another issue with dlog-utils. When I use it with a file sampled at 500kS/s, the time is not rounded properly : several samples show the exact time. Here is an example : Could you please have a look at this too ? Many thanks, David
