I got a new VCU-128 (part: EK-U1-VCU128-G) evaluation kit from Xilinx and has been trying to set up the board. I've found the device can be recognized by Ubuntu 16.04 LTS as Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0403:6011 Future Technology Devices International, Ltd FT4232H Quad HS USB-UART/FIFO IC. However, the device cannot be recognized by hardware manager in Vivado 2019.2.
I've looked up some references telling me that I need to get a digital signature and reprogram eeprom to setup the successful connection. Is there any useful suggestion or official guidance for me to do that?
