Netlist for CoolRunner II

I am using the JTAG Technologies Tools to set up some preliminary proof of concept tests.  The target board is the CoolRunner-II Starter Board.  The JTAG Technologies tool requires a netlist for the board under test (the starter board) to be able to set up testing. 

Is it possible to get the netlist for the Starter Board from Digilent?

Is there another method of entering the netlist which will meet my needs?

Hello Jim,

All our public materials are already on our website. The netlist is not public. Anyone who requests a material that is not public must sign an NDA if the material will be sent. But for that we'll need more information about the testing you are doing, why do you need the netlist, if it's a personal project or you work for a company.
