I'm trying to reply to a thread and I only uploaded an image and a .txt file, but I'm getting the error *** Forbidden. Data submitted too often. Please wait a few minutes. *** (and other similar errors). These "few minutes" are turning into a lot of minutes... is there an anti-spam plugin not working properly? 

Is there a forum moderator that can help me?

Yes, your post was incorrectly flagged as spam. We are using a new spam filter and it's still in the calibration phase. 

You have been whitelisted so you won't be denied anymore.

We reported your issue to our anti-spam service. Your post had some unicode characters that mistakenly flagged the post as spam.

They have corrected the issue so it won't happen again.
