slow download from configuration memory

Hi, all starting to learn cmod a7 in vivado 2017.4.
After writing to the configuration memory of my project, the download is very slow. Need to enable Bitsream Compression?
How to do it? I use tutorial https://reference.digilentinc.com/learn/programmable-logic/tutorials/cmod-a7-programming-guide/start
I can not find in vivado 2017.4 menu item 2.5-2.7 tutorial.
When writing to the memory of ready-made examples, everything works quickly.
How to speed up loading of my project from memory?

Edit device properties it's only visible inside the Synthesized Design. Please check this video : https://www.xilinx.com/video/hardware/setting-and-editing-device-properties.html
