I'm running into some issues when attempting to program my Basys3.
When I attempt to program my board via an USB, a slow blink occurs even after pressing the 'PROG' button. I ensured that the JP1 was in USB mode and only have one bit file in my USB root directory.
Then, I tried to program in JTAG mode (ensured JP1 was in JTAG mode) and my device is not recognized in Vivado. Could this be due to a cable issue? I used a micro-usb to usb cable I had lying around.

I appreciate any feedback you can give, thanks!
