nexys video design edition license

I see that you guys plan to offer device locked licenses for vivado design edition with the nexys video board. I am interested in purchasing a license but want to order my nexys board now to use for coursework in the meantime. When you guys do offer the license, will it be possible for me to purchase one for my board separately from the board itself?

Looking at http://www.xilinx.com/products/design-tools/vivado/vivado-webpack.html it seems the recently released HL Webpack includes all the features of the Design Edition, and the whole Artix-7 is supported by Vivado Webpack,

You should be good to go!
