Hi, I'm trying to build the "Zybo-hdmi-out" project in Vivado 2016.4. The tcl script runs OK but the project can't find the two Digilent custom IPs - axi_dynclk and rgb2dvi.
The IP is shown as locked - I suppose I have to repackage it - but how?
I ran "Tools -> Report IP Status" and it identifies the missing IP in the IP Status box at the bottom . But the "Upgrade Selected" button is grayed out and won't operate. Also, when I try to add the IP to the IP catalog I can't find it. The .xci files for the IP exist in the project folder and are shown in the source tree. How do I get this custom IP into my project and unlock it?
