Thank you, attila. I tried a known-good USB cable and I'm still seeing that error. I will reach out to diligent support by email. -
I'm having issues getting my Diligent ADP3250 to connect to a computer. After trying on a couple of different machines with no success I did a fresh install of Windows and installed WaveForms 3.22.2. When I open the program I get the error "no device found" and then when I open the WaveForms device manager and click on "My device is not listed" it says "FTDI library loading failed". After seeing this error I tried following the other troubleshooting described on the forum by installing the FTDI drivers (CDM212364_Setup.exe) but see the same error and the FT_Prog program but it does not locate any devices either. Also, the Windows device manager it shows "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). Please let me know if there's any other steps I can take to get the oscilloscope working. Thank you!
