Hello, I am a beginner with Vivado, video transfer/processing protocols and the Nexys Video board. I am trying to get either VGA or HDMI working on the board--though I don't have access to the VGA PMOD-- but I am facing issues with the HDMI demo that Digilent published for the Video board. I am using Vivado/Vitis 2023.2 and noticed that the HDMI demo instructions for Vitis 2020 do not apply directly to the new version. I am wondering if someone could give me a hand and guide me through how I would setup the demo using Vitis 2023.2. On the VGA end, I think that I either need a PMOD or basically need to create a circuit that handles the VGA output and connect it to the PMOD pins in order to get true VGA. I do have a VGA to HDMI converter, but I don't think I can just use that and expect the HDMI to work with it correct? Thank you in advance!
