I've hooked up the JTAG-HS3 to my windows computer. Vivado finds the target, but says "no devices detected on target". It says to check cable connectivity, but there's very little documentation about how to hook this up. My FPGA board doesn't have the 14-pin header, just female headers. I've shoved jumpers into the TMS, TCK, TDO, and TDI pins, and a 1.8V line into VREF (JTAG-HS3 pinout below left used). Do I need to use one or more of the ground pins? Do I need to hold SRST high or something? Any info will be helpful! Much thanks in advance.
