Serial number: 21514CF Yes, AO0 was working previously. I do not know what changed. Wiring direct as in my original post.

It appears that my analog output channels have failed. I have attached a screenshot showing how they are neither correlated to their commanded state nor independent of each other. Wiring: AOUT0 - CH0H AOUT1 - CH1H AGND - CH0L AGND - CH1L
