What vivado versions do JTAG-SMT3-NC and JTAG-SMT4 support? Do they support the latest versions up to 23.2? Do both support JTAG to Virtex Ultrascale+ FPGAs? Thanks.

Hello, We are looking at using either JTAG-SMT3 or JTAG-SMT4 for our PCB design. What is the inventory status of both of these? JTAG-SMT3 has stock at distributors but there is no distributor stock of JTAG-SMT4. What would lead time be from Digilent? Thanks.
