RGB565/RGB888 video format for PCAM 5C(Omnivision camera sensor)

I am getting correct data for RAW10 video format using PCAM 5C camera module. But when I am trying to program it for RGB565/RGB888, I am not getting any image. Can anyone help me with the programming manual or steps to do the same. Thanks, Vinay
