Hello, I am using an Arty A7 board, with the Artix 100t FPGA.
I am trying to stream processed data out of the USB port via the UART. A coworker mentioned trying using the microblaze to do this, through Vitis. It produced data, but it was just random crap.
I then tried using a Verilog UART TX file I downloaded from nandland.com. I have used this before with success on another project involving an Artix 7 100t FPGA. However this time, I get nothing out of the USB. I am connecting using a terminal program. I can see the Arty virtual COM port. But I have no data coming out. I currently am using a hard coded byte just being sent constantly, and I still see nothing.
I should be on the right FPGA pin, D10. Has anyone had success using a Verilog UART on this to get data out?
Thank you.
