Hello, We are using data translation boxes for various measurements. So far we have not use multiple boxes together however we are trying to use 2-3 boxes together and we are able to that by following the user manual guidance. While using multiple boxes in Synchronisation mode we need to decide which box should be master and which should act as a slave but we are not able to that. every time when we shut down the machine next time box order is changed and master or slave devices are also not as we set while doing initial setup. In user manual various functions are described to set and get various parameters to boxes however there is no such function to access unique device id of each box so that we can configured that into software and every time it automatically identifies the master and slave device. SO Could you please assistance how we can get the device id in by using functions in user manual as shown in the below image we want to access those device id into our software?
