  1. Sorry for the double post.
  2. I have an JTAG-HS1 that I haven't used in a while but want to use to debug in Vivado. When I plug the device into my Windows 11 machine, it is recognized as two devices: "USB Serial Converter A" and "USB Serial Converter B", but these aren't programming devices and Vivado can't talk to the HS1. Reading online pointing me to with being an issue with the drivers, so I reinstalled the the drivers the came from installing Vivado (xicom/cable_drivers/nt64/) and all manually installed the latest FTDI drivers. I tried removing the device, forcing a driver update, but nothing has made any difference. From reading the forum, I'm wondering if the eeprom on the FTDI chip in the HS1 got corrupted. Would that explain what I'm seeing, and if so, how can I restore the right eeprom data? Thanks,
