So, I found an email that I think you are referring to. It has an Order No. web order 154615. Is "web order 154615" the serial number? I already installed an evaluation version. Do I need to reinstall or can I use the existing installation. When I try that, I can't get the configuration program to accept anything. Thanks for the help.

Thanks. Got to first base. Now in DASYLAB it says I need .NET Framework. I have .NET Runtime. Guess that isn't the same. Do I still need .NET Framework? What version? Thanks again.
