Hello, I am trying to use ADP3450 and a DPS3340 simultaneously. Both devices are using the latest firmware and I am running Waveforms v3.20.1 on a Windows 11 Enterprise PC (Dell Precision 5820). The two devices are plugged directly to the back of the tower. When I initialize the ADP3450 and turn the oscilloscope function on it appears to work as I would expect. When I try to initialize the DPS3340 at the same time, when in the oscilloscope function, internal relays start to switch on and off intermittently. An error message flashes on the screen rapidly which says :<<Communication with the device failed. Please check the USB cable connection. For further troubleshooting consult the Help. Communication with the device failed 3075 Invalid data count provided FDwfAnalogInStatusData2 Trying to reconnect to the device ...>>. A similar behaviour is seen when I use a Discovery 2 instead of the ADP3450. Adding the DPS3340 in the tool-chain appears to corrupt communication with the Discrovery 2 and the ADP3340. Please note that the channels on the DPS3340 are not active at the time and the window related to the power supply are not launched during these tests. The cables are functional when the devices are used on their own. They are plugged directly into the tower. What should be the next step ?
