Fausto, I have tested the boards with a new usb cable, and a different windows OS. InstaCal is able to detect other USB-2633 boards, but not the ones which have failed. The green LED does not turn on once USB cable has been plugged into computer. serial_number(board#1) - 209A9BA serial_number(board#2) - 2075025

We have two USB-2633 cards that were in production for approximately 1 year. Just recently they stop working (i.e. will not even power on). How can we perform a root cause analysis to see what happened?

@Fausto, I am using all 64 single-ended analog inputs. Throughput is approximately 15,000 samples per second. Voltage ranges are +-10 volts on all channels.

I am using USB-2633 and USB-2637 mcc measurement cards. The last channels on the cards seem to have the most additional noise from what I believe to be channel cross talk. Is there a way to minimize this cross talk via ground selection and/or software methods or will this noise always be present? Do all MCC boards have this problem or are some models better than other?
