Hello Fausto, We did test DT9804 on Windows 10 with DT Open Layers (OEM) v. 7.8.9 software without any success. Computer recognizes the DT9804 board, but gives no signal at all. I should mention, that we have DT9834 board that we tested in the same settings as DT9804, and works fine every time on all computers. Are we running out of options at this point? The question now - is DT9804 repairable? And is it worth to repair it? Thank you, Olga

Hello Fausto, Thank you for your suggestion. I deleted QuickDAQConfiguration.xml file and restarted QuickDAQ. Unfortunately it didn't work, I got the same idle DT9804 board. Can you suggest any other steps to bring it back to work? Thank you, Olga

DT9804 doesn't show any signal when connected. It does recognized by computer. When tested in QuickDAQ it shows "idle".
