Can I use "Analog discovery2" as ADC.

I want to use Analog discovery2 as ADC. analog signal voltage is -10V to +10V. I want convert analog signal to digtal signal with 33,333 sampling rate.and 16bit. and realtime make FFTwave with Python.(I can use Pyhton, so I want ask conect with python) . thank you for reading.
