  1. Hello, thank you your answer. I will try to make the tests you suggested. Is there any waranty covering these cases? Sincerely, Oleg Udalov
  2. Hello, I'm using ADP350 device. I studied capaciatnce charging process (using analog inputs) in a high voltage (100 V) device. To reduce the input voltage I used voltage divider (100 times). So, the input voltage should be in the range of 1 V. It seems that some sortage happens or something like this. After one the experiments the ADP stopped working. Now it is not recognized by the PC (Windows). Importantly, there was A beagleBone Black device measuring the same volatge at the capacitor. It was damaged too and does not operate anymore. When I turn on ADP3450, the power LED is on. However, I do not hear "click" sound. Inside of the box three additional LEDs are on: LD1, LD2 and LD9. In the Windows device meanager I see FT232R USB UART device. When I run waveform, I see "No device detected". 1) Is there a chance that I can recover ADP operation? What kind of test and measurements I need to do to undertand this? What component can be damaged? 2) What volatge at analog input the ADP3450 can handle without be damaged? 3) Can we send the device for repair to Diligent? We bought it in this year sometime in February.
