Hi @rkuerbis
The USB stick filesystem may be corrupt or unsupported.
Please try using another USB flash drive and always eject/safe-remove it from the computer to prevent fs corruption.

I used a Platinum USB SD Card memory reader SKU 15232830 Platinum USB-A and USB-C Memory Card Reader (PT-CRSAC1-C) - Only at Best Buy from Best Buy, and a Lexar 32 Gb microSD card SKU 15446558 Lexar 633x 32GB 100MB/s microSDHC Memory Card - 2 Pack. I also removed the deploy.env.sha1 file in case that interferes with the initialization process. It worked and reloaded the LinuxModeImage files, as shown below in the Termite console output. Success and thank-you very much. My new ADP3450 works again!
