That's a good point. The cable I'm using hasn't changed. Based on your recommendation, I tried another USB cable and the results are the same, unfortunately. Thanks for responding. I sent a support request to Digilent to get their input. You are correct. The device isn't appearing in the USB device list on three of my Macs -- and it was before when it was working.

Hi, new Arty A7 user here. I purchased my Arty A7-35 on October 19 and it arrived October 25. I put it into service immediately for my project and it's been working great until a few days ago. The board powers up fine using the USB cable, but the serial port no longer appears on the host computer, so I cannot load code on it. I plugged it into no less than three different computers to verify this. I'm at a loss. The board has been sitting on my desk and worked for the better part of two weeks. No jumpers have moved, nothing has changed on it or the computer it was plugged into. Any thoughts on how I can get around this impasse?
