1. Received new HS2 programming cable. 2. Downloaded latest Windows10 v.2.2.1.2 software from Digilent 3. Connected cable to Xilinx Spartan6 board made by Digilent 4. Adept recognizes the HS2. 5. Interface reports "no device identified" What am I to do?
