  2. Hi @attila thank you for your advise. I did (update to latest software, use another PC, power USB hub or auxiliary 5VDC supply) but it still can not connect with PC. Actually we also have more analog discovery 2, and all of them still work as normally
  3. Hi Digilent team, Our company bought a Digilent product (Analog Discovery 2) And now it can not connect to PC, and I ask the support from Digilent Singapore via a distributor. But Digilent guy say with me that is our fault but he couldn't prove it was our fault, he just refuse warranty and support. So anyone in here can help me in this? Thank you very much!
